1. ABOUT THE POSITION

Project Background

Q Behavioral Thinking has kicked off a large-scale behavioral change project for a large Israeli organization. For the purpose of this project (contract based) Q is looking to hire a junior UX designer / behavioral analyst / service designer.

Your Professional Background

Ideally your academic background would be either:

1. Psychology (social, cognitive, clinical)
2. UX design or similar design disciplines

But please note that we are open to backgrounds as long as you meet the criteria below.

Key Responsibilities

Your responsibilities can be split into 3 main categories:

1. Project management / Administration - meeting scheduling, meeting summarising,  task management, status meeting prep, creating presentations etc.
2. Qualitative research - running short zoom interviews, qualitative analysis of calls, user journey mapping etc.
3. Behavioral UX analysis / UX prototyping - Sorting our various user journeys across multiple interfaces, user behavior analysis focused on “target behaviors”, simple figma prototyping etc.

Please note that you need to meet at least 2 of those responsibilities to be considered eligible.

Please note that these key responsibilities aren’t set in stone, and due to project requirements those can change over time.

Requirements

Must

1. Hebrew speaking
2. Based in Israel (preferably in Tel Aviv or close by)
3. Go getter attitude
4. No ego (No task too small)
5. Desire to learn
6. Openness to feedback
7. Ability to collaborate with others

Nice to Have

Previous experience in:

1. Project management
2. Qualitative user research
3. Multi-channel funnel analysis
4. Practical behavioral change projects
5. Consulting

Location

Ideally the work would be conducted from Q’s offices at WEWORK HAZEREM. But some days can be done remotely.

Please note that some work would be conducted from the client’s offices in Tel Aviv.

Scope of Work

Total ~280 hours

240 hours are to be done within the next 3-4 months (2 days per week).

Additional 40 hours would be done after the 4 months timeframe, and would be spent on implementing the solutions/interventions. The timeframe for this scope of work isn’t clear at this point.

Please note that the scope can vary due to changes in the projects and client’s timeframe.

2. WHAT WE OFFER

Salary

Salary would be calculated based on 11K NIS per month. (note the 2 days per week).

Both freelance and contract based formats are possible.

What Can You Expect to Receive

Beyond the salary that would be provided as part of your engagement, you can expect to:

1. Take part in a practical, large scale behavioral change project for a large Israeli client
2. Collaborate with 3 professionals from 3 different disciplines - Behavioral Scientist (Anat Halevy), Applied Anthropologist (Yotam Burstein), and a Service Designer (Noam Kollmann)
3. Participate in client facing meetings
