System RF Integration Engineer

A successful Start-Up company that has developed a cutting-edge RF-based wireless communication system for the algorithmic trading domain is looking for a QA & Validation Engineer.

This hands-on position is part of a multidisciplinary team and is responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of the company’s Skywave-based high-speed data network services.

The company is based in Tel Avi and operates in a hybrid model with 2 work-from-home days.

There are around 50–60 employees, and the work environment is highly technological and collaborative.

Responsibilities include-

• Reviewing and analyzing requirements, specifications, and design documents
• Developing and maintaining test plans and test scenarios
• Debugging and analyzing RF and network system issues found during lab and field testing
• Designing, developing, and executing automated tests in Python
• Investigating and resolving customer-reported issues
• Working closely with System, FPGA, and Algorithm teams to meet release requirements and quality standards

Requirements:

• BSc in Electrical and Electronics Engineering
• 2 years of experience in testing and validation of multidisciplinary systems
• In-depth knowledge of RF and data communication systems
• Proven experience in writing and executing System Test Plans (STP) based on system requirements
• Hands-on experience with lab equipment such as spectrum analyzers, oscilloscopes, signal generators, power meters
• Experience in test automation development
• Solid understanding of Networking concepts
• Experience working in Linux environments
