Hardware Development Manager

A successful Start-Up company specializing in autonomous crane solutions, aiming to optimize construction sites and heavy industries through advanced sensing technologies, computer vision, and artificial intelligence.

The role includes direct management of a hardware team (4 engineers) alongside at least 50% hands-on involvement. Responsibilities include redesigning hardware components and leading hardware system integration in close collaboration with the software team lead.

This is a full-time, on-site position at the company’s offices in Haifa (train accessible).

Requirements:

• BSc in Electronics Engineering
• 3 years of proven experience in leading a hardware team
• Extensive experience in multidisciplinary hardware system design, with a strong understanding of system-level architecture
• Proven experience in defining technical requirements and specifications
• Hands-on experience in digital board design
• Proven hardware design experience in the automotive industry
