Senior Data Engineer for a HealthTech & Medical AI Startup

A cutting-edge startup in the field of digital health and medical AI is looking for a passionate and experienced Data Engineer to join its growing team. The company builds predictive models, clinical decision support tools, medical imaging solutions, and natural language processing (NLP) systems – all based on large-scale real-world clinical data.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL processes
• Perform data extraction, validation, and profiling to maximize insight generation
• Collaborate closely with data scientists, researchers, and development teams
• Lead cloud-based development workflows and maintain best practices with Git

Requirements:

• 6+ years of hands-on experience as a Data Engineer
• 4+ years of Python scripting experience
• Strong experience with SQL, NoSQL, Parquet, and JSON
• Proficiency in AWS and building cloud data pipelines
• Familiarity with Git and CI/CD workflows
• Strong initiative, teamwork, and communication skills

Bonus Points For:

• Prior experience working with clinical or healthcare data (EHR, medical records)
