Front-End Team Leader

A profitable Israeli Start-Up developing an open-source platform a professional tool for website creation.

The platform is designed for WordPress professionals, with users including developers, designers, and marketers.

The role includes managing a team of approximately 5–6 people, along with hands-on development in React.js. The hands-on portion is flexible based on the candidate's preference and experience.

The company employs around 350 people and is located near the Bursa area (train accessible), with a hybrid model of two work-from-home days per week.

Requirements-

• 3 years of experience as a Front-End Team Leader in a fast-paced, product-driven environment.
• Expert-level proficiency in React.js and its ecosystem
• Strong understanding of JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern front-end frameworks.
• Deep knowledge of testing methodologies and tools
• Strong experience in performance optimization, accessibility, and best front-end practices.
• Hands-on experience with state management libraries.
• Experience working with RESTful APIs and WebSockets.
• Solid understanding of build tools and CI/CD pipelines
• Strong problem-solving skills, proactive mindset, and ability to make technical decisions confidently.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, fostering collaboration across teams.
