This is a one-year contract position, with the option to extend up to two years. There is also potential for full-time conversion depending on performance and business needs. Employment is through one of our trusted staffing partners.
We’re looking for a Technical Sourcer to join our local sourcing team. In this role, you'll work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to identify and engage top-tier technical talent. You’ll play a key role in building pipelines, researching the talent market, and developing sourcing strategies to support our hiring goals.
Your Impact
- Build and execute sourcing strategies aligned with business and recruiting goals
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to define ideal candidate profiles and sourcing priorities
- Source passive candidates using a variety of tools and platforms, including LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, employee referrals, and more
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for critical technical roles
- Create and present market maps and talent insights to guide hiring decisions
- Take an active part in recruiting initiatives, including organizing and supporting meetups, webinars, and other engagement efforts
- Share best practices and contribute to ongoing team learning and process improvement
- Track and report sourcing metrics to evaluate and optimize pipeline effectiveness
Your Experience
- At least 4 years of experience in sourcing for technical roles, including software engineering and surrounding functions such as product management, DevOps, automation, and Research, within the tech industry
- Proven experience sourcing for high-demand technical positions and building qualified talent pipelines
- Skilled in Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing platforms
- Excellent research capabilities, attention to detail, and organizational skills
- High-level English proficiency – both written and verbal
- Ability to manage multiple roles and shifting priorities in a dynamic environment
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and CRM tools
- Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets – an advantage
