Product Manager, Payments

Description

The Payments product team is looking for a Product Manager to define and drive new product initiatives that improve and innovate the payment experience across the Fiverr marketplace, for both businesses and consumers. In this role, you’ll ideate, shape, and launch new payment features while collaborating closely with Engineering, Analytics, Business Development, Legal, and many other cross-functional teams.

Payments should excite you. You bring a unique blend of technological fluency, user-centric thinking, meticulous attention to detail, and strong business insight.

WHAT AM I GOING TO DO?

A payments product manager sits at the intersection of engineering, operations, design, and business.

In This Role, You Will

• Identify opportunities for new product development, enhancement, and optimization through research and user feedback.
• Conceptualize and lead projects with multiple stakeholders under tight timelines.
• Drive cross-functional initiatives that evolve our platform capabilities and remove operating constraints in a fast-changing payment landscape.
• Partner with engineers and designers to define product strategy and roadmap.
• Support product planning and prioritize key initiatives.
  
  

Requirements

• 5+ years in a product management role with a proven track record of delivering products to market.
• Hands-on experience in software development and/or product design.
• Strong understanding of digital payment technologies and industry trends.
• Excellent communication skills; able to influence and align cross-functional teams across all levels.
• Experience leading large-scale, cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
