Process Engineer

The candidate for this position will be responsible for monitoring the operations of our systems, including quality and compliance. The candidate should also be able to recommend improvements to the process through the tracking of metrics and reporting of data. The candidate should definitely have strong technical abilities in order to succeed in this role.
Direct Manager: Engineering Manager.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support as necessary
- Establish process metrics and goals
- Develop and issue process designs
Qualifications
- Education: BSc in mechanical engineering from a well-known establishment.
- Job Skills:
- Resolve the company products technical issues and continuously support and improve the products’ quality.
- Managing technical ECOs to improve production processes.
- Perform the timely delivery of engineering projects and changes, managing both internal and external stakeholders.
- Conduct technical investigations and experiments, drive for root cause identification as a part of the NCMR process.
- Perform verification and validation activities for the production line.
- At least 3 years of proven work experience in mechanical or medical products design and engineering.
- At least 2 years’ experience in manufacturing engineering at a multidisciplinary company.
- Good understanding of assembling and manufacturing processes (injection molding, machining, PCB manufacturing etc.) – a must.
- Experience in the medical device industry and with FDA and ISO 13485 medical device regulations - an advantage.
- Experience with single-piece flow manufacturing processes.
- Great problem-solving and debugging capabilities.
- Computer Skills:
- Full control of all Microsoft Office applications
- SolidWorks
- Language skills: Fluent English (written and verbal)
- Personality: Strong technical and analytical skills; excellent interpersonal relationships; self-motivated; independent; able to work under pressure; team player; 'out of the box' thinker.
