We are looking for an Executive Search Partner to drive strategic hiring initiatives and recruit top-tier leadership and executive-level professionals.
In this role, you will leverage advanced sourcing techniques, build strong relationships with stakeholders, and play a key part in shaping our company’s leadership landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy to attract executive and leadership talent.
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for senior and executive-level positions, from sourcing to offer negotiation.
- Partner with senior leadership and hiring managers to understand business goals and talent needs.
- Utilize innovative sourcing strategies to identify and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn, industry networks, and executive search methodologies.
- Build and maintain a high-quality talent pipeline to support current and future hiring needs.
- Drive employer branding initiatives to position the company as a top destination for executive talent.
- Enhance candidate experience, ensuring a seamless and professional hiring process.
- Collaborate with HR and business leaders to improve hiring processes and retention strategies.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in executive and leadership recruitment, preferably in the high-tech or global corporate sector.
- Proven track record of successfully recruiting senior-level professionals in highly competitive markets.
- Strong sourcing and headhunting skills, including experience with direct search, market mapping, and passive candidate engagement.
- Excellent stakeholder management, with the ability to influence and advise senior executives.
- Fluency in Hebrew and English (written and verbal) is required.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, handling multiple searches simultaneously.
