Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Lawyer located in Law firm, Herzliya. The Lawyer will be responsible for providing legal advice, drafting and reviewing legal documents, representing clients in court, and conducting legal research. The role involves close collaboration with clients and stakeholders to ensure that all legal matters are handled efficiently and effectively.

Qualifications

• Strong legal knowledge and the ability to provide sound legal advice
• Experience in drafting and reviewing contracts and other legal documents
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in legal research and analysis
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• accompanying real estate projects and transactions in Israel
• Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent; must have a valid license to practice law in Israel
