Project Manager – Innovation Department (Hybrid, Be’er Sheva)
A large industrial company is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join its Innovation Department and lead strategic digital and organizational initiatives.
Role Overview:
- Manage digital and cross-organizational innovation projects end-to-end
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across departments
- Engage with senior executives, present progress, and drive solutions
- Combine strategic thinking, tech understanding, and execution skills
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in digital project or product management – required
- Excellent technical and business understanding
- Experience working with senior leadership – strong advantage
- Independent, structured, and proactive project leader
- Background in industrial/manufacturing settings – advantage
Location: Be’er Sheva offices | 🏠 Hybrid work model
