As we expand, we are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead and grow our brand presence in the medical device market.

The Marketing Manager at QuantalX will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to drive awareness, adoption, and sales of our medical device solutions. This is a key leadership role requiring a strong background in healthcare marketing, particularly within the medical device sector. The ideal candidate brings significant global experience—particularly in the US, Europe, and Israel—a deep understanding of medical device regulatory and commercial landscapes, and a proven track record in both inbound and outbound marketing.

• Plan and execute marketing strategies aligned with business objectives
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive dynamics, and customer needs
• Manage global product launches, demand generation, and brand positioning activities
• Lead inbound marketing efforts, including content marketing, SEO, and lead generation, to attract and engage customers through valuable, tailored experiences
• Drive outbound marketing initiatives such as media outreach, press releases, advertising, conferences, and sponsorships/collaborations
• Support sales enablement through the development of collateral and educational tools per market vertical, aligned with sales and marketing KPIs
• Collaborate with product development, clinical, and regulatory teams to ensure market readiness
• Lead conference planning and manage digital assets including the website, social media, and sales enablement platforms
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and exhibitions

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or a related field
• 5+ years of marketing experience in the medical device industry
• Proven experience developing and executing marketing strategies for the US and European healthcare markets
• Neuroscience or neurology experience is an advantage
• Strong understanding of healthcare systems, regulations, and clinical environments
• Excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Willingness to travel as needed
