About the Role:
We are seeking a highly driven Head of Global Partners to lead and expand Ceragon’s strategic relationships with global partners and OEMs across all regions. This role combines business development, partner management, and hands-on sales leadership to maximize growth through our partners.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in recruiting and enabling strategic partnerships, global telecom sales, an entrepreneurial mindset, and the ability to drive cross-functional collaboration to achieve ambitious targets.
What Will You Do as Part of The Role?
- Own and nurture day-to-day business relationships with existing global partners, driving joint business development and revenue growth.
- Identify new partnership opportunities to expand Ceragon’s reach globally.
- Manage the entire sales cycle through global partners — from lead generation to deal closure.
- Collaborate closely with Ceragon’s VP Channels and regional Sales teams to align partner strategies with company objectives.
- Act as the internal voice of the partners — representing partner needs within Ceragon, ensuring swift and effective coordination across Delivery, Operations, Finance, Legal, and Deal Analysis.
- Lead partner enablement efforts — training, joint initiatives, and operational alignment.
- Develop Go-to-Market (GTM) and account plans for strategic partners, monitor performance, and ensure targets and KPIs are met/exceeded.
- Resolve conflicts, remove obstacles, and drive strategic initiatives with partners to enhance value creation.

What does it require from you?
- 10+ years of proven success in sales, partner management, or business development in the telecom sector; experience with global partners/OEMs is highly preferred.
- Strong experience working with large-scale international organizations.
- Strategic thinker with excellent business acumen and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and drive consensus across cross-functional teams and diverse cultures.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Highly articulate and persuasive in English (both verbal and written).
- Strong leadership skills with a hands-on approach.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
- Willingness to travel internationally (~30%).
- High energy, resilience, and ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
