Seeking Visionary CIO to Lead Our Technology Innovation

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Chief Information Officer (CIO) / VP of Information Systems and Technology to join our executive team and lead our technology strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic leadership of all IT operations, infrastructure, and information systems
• Management of a multidisciplinary team of 40 staff members across Help Desk, System Administration, Information Security, and IT departments
• Direct supervision of 5 direct reports heading various technology departments
• Drive innovation and implement strategic processes to enhance operational efficiency
• Oversee daily critical troubleshooting and resolution of urgent technical issues in our contact centers
• Lead technology roadmap development aligned with business objectives
• Present technology solutions to clients and participate in tender submissions

Requirements

• Essential:
• Proven experience in managing infrastructure, communication networks, and system administration
• Experience with TAS telephone exchange systems
• Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary technical teams
• Strong problem-solving skills with ability to address urgent operational challenges
• Preferred:
• Experience in information security and cybersecurity
• Background in managing geographically distributed teams
• Strong presentation skills with ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly
• Experience working directly with clients and participating in bid processes

Location

Flexible work location with multiple office options available. Required to be present at our Northern Israel location twice per week.
