Developer and Integrator

We are looking for an experienced Integrator to join our team and take ownership of integration processes across our systems.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automation workflows, ensuring seamless data flow between systems, and supporting global business operations.

This role is crucial for maintaining business continuity, optimizing workflows, and driving innovation within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain integrations using Workato or Iconduct to automate business processes.
• Monitor and troubleshoot integration workflows to ensure seamless system connectivity and data accuracy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, operations, finance, etc.) to understand integration requirements and implement effective solutions.
• Manage API connections and work with various data sources to optimize automation.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing integrations, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum efficiency.
• Maintain security best practices and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulations

Requirements:

• Experience in Workato – Required
• 2-3 years experience ,Strong knowledge of Workato automation, API management, and workflow development.
• Integration Expertise -Required
• Experience in system integration, data mapping, and API usage (REST, SOAP, JSON, XML).
• Technical Skills -Required
• Knowledge of scripting (JavaScript, Python, or SQL) is an advantage.
• Business Process Understanding – Required
• Ability to analyze business needs and translate them into scalable automation solutions.
• Problem-Solving & Troubleshooting – Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve integration issues.
• Self-Learning & Adaptability – Ability to quickly learn new technologies, stay updated with automation trends, and independently explore solutions.
• Team Collaboration – Ability to work with various departments and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with ERP/CRM systems (e.g., Priority, Salesforce, NetSuite) - Development or implementation - Advantage.
• Experience with IConduct – Advantage
