Product Designer (Portfolio Company)

A early-stage company in our portfolio is looking for a hands-on Product Designer to lead product design. This is a unique opportunity to shape the experience of a

technical, fast-evolving product while deeply understanding their users and

their workflows.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead design across the product, owning end-to-end user journeys and UI/UX
• Collaborate closely with product and engineering to ship high-quality features
• Translate technical requirements and data-heavy workflows into elegant, intuitive interfaces
• Establish and evolve our design system and visual identity
• Combine strategy and craft to guide product decisions and advocate for our users

What You Bring:

• 4+ years of experience designing B2B or data products
• Strong UX thinking and visual design skills
• Self-driven, organized, and comfortable working independently
• Experience partnering with cross-functional teams in high-velocity environments
• Deep curiosity about user behavior and a passion for great product experiences
