About the Role: Social PPC Manager
As our Social PPC Manager, you will:
- Own and manage large-scale paid campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Threads).
- Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns to maximize ROAS and achieve company goals.
- Dive deep into data-driven decision-making, leveraging our cutting-edge technology, AI-powered insights, and proprietary algorithms to identify high-potential products and craft resonant campaigns.
- Focus on guiding consumers to the best deals and products tailored to their needs.
- Collaborate closely with our product and engineering teams to continuously refine strategies.
We're looking for candidates with a 'hop margin' – that secret ingredient that signifies you're ready to leap into the next phase of your career and step outside your comfort zone, all while embracing a reasonable learning curve.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of relevant experience in paid e-commerce campaigns on Meta.
- Demonstrated success in launching, managing, and optimizing high-budget, large-scale ad campaigns.
- Advanced analytical thinking and skills with a strong affinity for numbers.
- In-depth knowledge of audience segmentation, bidding strategies, and creative optimization.
- Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics and Meta Ads Manager dashboards.
