Lead our Tel Aviv-based Amplification team—the force behind our ML-driven look-alike models that expand audience reach and sharpen campaign targeting. You’ll head a high-impact data-platform squad that ingests and processes about 2 million Kafka messages per second, owning the pipelines and storage layers that power one of our core systems.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and mentor our Amplification team within our data organization.
• Take full ownership of end-to-end feature development, from design to production. Contribute to building and designing innovative big data solutions.
• Drive high-level projects with company-wide visibility.
• Manage the team roadmap, team building, and SW project execution.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including developers, product managers, and business operations.
• Research core technologies and integrate with external APIs and services.
  
  

• 2+ years of experience in leading an engineering team.
• 6+ years of experience as a developer, tech lead, or architect.
• 4+ years of experience in Python, Java, Scala, Go- One of them, a Must!
• Strong system architecture knowledge.
• Experience in building high-volume and scalable applications.
• Proficiency with cluster technologies, distributed systems, or streaming applications.
• Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Experience with Big Data tools- Spark/Hadoop/Flink- An advantage!
• Experience with Vertica/ Redis/ Elasticsearch- An advantage!
• Familiarity with Scrum methodologies.
• Familiarity with cloud providers- AWS, GCP, Azure- An advantage!
• Working knowledge of Linux, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and rollout plans.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
• Proactive team player with a desire to impact our engineering team, product, and customers.
