We're hiring: Team Lead – Tier 1 Technical Support (HTML/CSS Required)
Konimbo, a leading eCommerce technology company, is looking for a hands-on and tech-savvy leader to manage our Tier 1 Support team – one of the most essential and dynamic teams in the company.
Your mission:
Lead a team of talented support agents, improve internal processes, maintain high service standards, and implement automation and smart tools – all while translating customer needs into actionable technical solutions.
Key outcomes:
- Achieve SLA goals and improve first-response resolution
- Ensure 90% of issues are resolved within Tier 1 without escalation
- Lead team training and development – technically and professionally
- Create and maintain internal knowledge bases and operational routines
- Drive continuous improvement and cross-team collaboration
What you need to bring:
- 2+ years of experience as a senior tech support rep – must
- Proven experience managing a support or helpdesk team – must
- Strong technical intuition with hands-on HTML/CSS/JS knowledge – must
- Passion for service, optimization, and tech-based problem-solving
- Bonus: degree or relevant tech training
