Business Operations Associate - Temporary

As a Business Operations associate (temporary position), you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our customer facing GTM teams. You will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of governance of our customer service delivery, streamlining processes, and enhancing the overall customer experience. This role demands a blend of analytical skills, tech proficiency, and strong communication abilities to effectively manage the intersection of customer needs and operational efficiency.

What you’ll be investing your time on: 

• Handle ongoing operational support for the GTM teams including Salesforce admin requests, application permissions etc.
• Monitor and analyze ongoing business operations via qualitative and quantitative methods to report on progress, KPIs, SLAs, and ad hoc analyses to support ongoing operations.
• Process Documentation: Analyze, map, and document relevant policies and processes for visibility, alignment, and knowledge management.
• Process Improvement: Analyze operational processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities to automate, optimize and reduce time, effort, and costs.
• Maintain core business applications, licenses, and permissions.
  
  

• BA Degree or equivalent in information science, management information systems (or equivalent field).
• 1-3 years of experience in business operations, sales operations, customer service.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Strong data analysis skills and data driven mindset (Excel required)
• Energetic, motivated self-starter who possess strong interpersonal skills and is able to collaborate with various teams across the business and driving execution.
