We're hiring: Fundraising & Donor Relations Manager

Avnei Chein is looking for a passionate, strategic, and hands-on Fundraising & Donor Relations Manager to join our team. This is a high-impact role for someone who can hit the ground running, take ownership of donor engagement, and lead our fundraising efforts from strategy to execution.

As an Israeli nonprofit supporting youth and families in a mental health crisis, Avnei Chein relies on strong, lasting relationships with individuals, foundations, and global partners. We’re seeking someone who’s proactive, organized, and deeply committed to meaningful social change.

What you'll do:

• Manage and cultivate relationships with existing and new donors
• Lead fundraising initiatives including outreach, grant writing, and donor pipeline development
• Prepare compelling reports, proposals, and donor communications
• Coordinate meaningful site visits and delegation experiences
• Oversee CRM data management and donor tracking
• Collaborate with leadership to align fundraising goals with organizational strategy

What you'll bring:

• Native-level English (spoken and written) – required
• Proven track record in fundraising and donor management – required
• Hebrew – advantageous 
• Exceptional writing, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects, independently and as part of a team

Location: Remote, with in-person work once a week at our Ramat Beit Shemesh office
