Software Developer – Securities Applications and BO Infrastructure team

The Tel Aviv Stock Exchange (TASE) is looking for an experienced Natural Software Developer to join the Securities Applications and BO Infrastructure team, part of the Information Technologies & Operations Department.

The team is responsible for the application infrastructure of the Back Office (BO) systems, including key systems such as the Securities System, Corporate Actions System, the Mutual Funds System, and the Trading Back Office system.

Job description

·      Planning changes and enhancements to BO systems according to business requirements and the Exchange’s work plan. This includes writing specification and test documents, code development, , implementation, QA support, and more.

·      Providing ongoing operational support for BO systems, including troubleshooting production issues, user support, and operational assistance.

·      Production support.

·      Working with external parties both in Israel and abroad.

·      Writing technical documentation in Hebrew and English.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in development using Natural.
• Experience working with the Adabas database.
• Experience with Eclipse/Natural One development environment – an advantage.
• Experience writing Bash scripts – an advantage.
• Experience working with Linux operating systems – an advantage.
• Knowledge of programming in C and Python – an advantage.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and GIT – an advantage.
• Strong system-wide perspective and business understanding.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to perform under pressure while providing professional and timely responses.
