Agency Director

We are seeking an experienced and talented Digital Director to lead our digital operations, manage key client relationships, and drive strategic and performance-based outcomes.

The ideal candidate is a business-savvy digital expert with strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of digital marketing trends, and a passion for delivering results.

This role involves overseeing all aspects of the digital activity – client management, digital strategy, performance, creative execution, and team leadership – while ensuring high-level service, long-term relationships, and business growth.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the agency's digital team across performance, creative, media, and client services
• Directly manage account managers, media specialists, and creative professionals
• Own business KPIs and deliver on growth, profitability, and client retention targets
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and expand existing client engagements
• Develop strategic marketing and media plans tailored to client goals and industry trends
• Represent the digital arm of the agency in high-level client meetings, pitches, and strategic sessions
• Collaborate with the executive team to implement innovation, marketing technology, and operational excellence
• Drive adoption and integration of AI tools to enhance efficiency, creativity, and data-driven decision-making across teams

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of senior management experience in a digital marketing agency or similar environment
• Proven track record of managing large-scale clients and complex digital budgets
• Strong leadership and team management skills across multiple disciplines
• High business orientation with analytical thinking and strategic planning abilities
• Self-starter with creative thinking, strong interpersonal skills, and excellent client-facing presence
• Proven experience or strong familiarity with AI tools for content creation, data analysis, or process optimization (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney, marketing automation platforms)
• Academic degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
