Job Description:

We’re looking for a strategic, results-driven Head of Growth to join our fast-growing monetization company.

In this high-impact role, you'll lead our global expansion strategy, with a special focus on CTV advertising, and shape the future of our business growth from the ground up.

Responsibilities:

●    Develop and execute the company’s global growth strategy

●    Identify new markets, business opportunities, and revenue streams

●    Collaborate closely with Monetization, Business Development, and Partnerships teams

●    Drive scalable monetization models, with a strong focus on CTV

●    Optimize current revenue models and implement innovative tech solutions

●    Analyze market trends, competitors, and performance data to guide decisions

●    Lead strategic partnerships with SSPs, DSPs, media platforms, and technology partners

Requirements:

✔ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

✔ Passion for digital advertising, AdTech, and sales.

✔ Highly motivated with a results-driven mindset.

✔ Ability to work independently and in a team.

✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and CRM tools (such as HubSpot, Salesforce) – a plus.
