Senior Software Engineer

Join us in building core infrastructure to secure AI agents — focusing on their identities, access control, and interactions with sensitive systems.

Responsibilities:

• Develop backend services in Python for identity, secrets access, and authorization flows
• Implement JWT-based authentication and real-time policy checks
• Build SDKs and integrations with frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, and Semantic Kernel
• Ensure secure secrets handling and avoid persistence in agent memory or logs
• Collaborate with platform, AI, and security teams
• Write well-tested, maintainable, and documented code

Requirements:

• 5+ years of backend or systems development experience, mainly in Python
• Strong grasp of API security, JWT/OAuth2, and access control patterns
• Familiarity with secrets management tools (e.g., AWS Secrets Manager, Conjur)
• Interest or experience with AI agent frameworks (LangChain, AutoGen, etc.)
• Knowledge of identity and access management, especially in zero-trust environments
• Experience building SDKs or dev tools is a bonus
