Bookkeeper and Payroll Accountant -Full Remote

We’re a fast-growing financial management firm providing end-to-end CFO and accounting services to startups and tech companies.

We're looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented Bookkeeper & Payroll Accountant to join our team.

In this role, you'll work directly with founders, CEOs, and shareholders, combining accounting expertise with business understanding.

🔍 What You’ll Do:

• Full-cycle bookkeeping up to trial balance

• Prepare payroll and handle all related reports to authorities

• Manage day-to-day financial operations, including vendors, banks, and reconciliations

• Support the CFO team with financial reports, cash flow tracking, and business insights

• Use Priority ERP and Excel as daily tools

Qualifications

• 3+ years of bookkeeping experience – up to trial balance

• 1+ year experience working with Priority ERP – must

• Payroll experience – strong advantage

• Solid skills in Excel and Microsoft Office

• Basic English (reading/writing/speaking)

• Experience in startups or tech companies – a plus
