It handles the full equity lifecycle - from correctly setting up option plans around the globe to awarding grants and liquidity - while keeping companies and employees in compliance with each country’s local equity laws and away from tax penalties. Slice covers 40+ countries, including the US, UK, and Israel, and serves startups from seed to growth stage, plus several unicorns.
Role
Slice Global is hiring its first energetic Sales Development Representative in Israel. In this foundational role, you will work directly with the Co-Founder to build and scale our go-to-market engine. This includes identifying and engaging high-potential prospects through personalized outreach, qualifying leads, and setting up product demos with our leadership team. We are looking for a sharp, ambitious, and resourceful individual who thrives in fast-paced startup environments and is excited to have the opportunity to contribute to our broader go-to-market strategy.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead outreach efforts to prospective clients and partners.
- Lead generation and pipeline management.
- Conduct compelling product demos that clearly communicate value to CFO, legal, and HR personas.
- Build strategic relationships with potential customers and partners.
- Provide structured feedback from the field to help refine messaging and user engagement strategy.
- Help develop and iterate on Slice’s go-to-market strategy, tools, and playbooks.
- Own or support full sales cycles, depending on deal size and complexity.
Requirements
- 2+ years in Sales Development with sales experience in enterprise SaaS.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and goals.
- Experience selling to CFOs, legal, or HR stakeholders - ideally at a high-growth SaaS company.
- A sales-driven professional with excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Comfortable taking ownership and initiative in a startup environment.
- Excited about joining an early team and shaping Slice’s global market presence from the ground up.
- Fluent in Hebrew and English is a must.
- Background in law or legal tech is a plus, but not required.
