We're Hiring: Process Technologist with Technical Orientation – Pharma Industry
We’re looking for a hands-on, dynamic, and open-minded Process Technologist to join our innovative pharmaceutical company. This key role includes responsibility for process and equipment validation, with close collaboration with the Quality department, reporting directly to the Head of Quality.
What we're looking for:
- 3+ years of proven experience in process technology within the pharmaceutical industry (GMP environment)
- Strong technical orientation – hands-on work with:
- HVAC systems
- Temperature and environmental monitoring systems
- Solid experience in validations (equipment, processes, cleanrooms)
- A team player with a proactive attitude, eager to learn and grow
- Someone who thinks creatively, embraces change, and brings a can-do mindset
