Senior Integration Project Manager

ERO Group LTD is looking for an experienced and dynamic Senior Project Manager to lead a multidisciplinary project involving the integration of advanced systems in civilian airborne platforms. This is a high-impact role managing diverse teams, subcontractors, and interfaces across multiple engineering domains.

📌 Responsibilities:

· Lead end-to-end management of a project that includes the development, testing, integration and manufacture of airborne systems on civilian airborne platforms.

· Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, HW manufacture and resources to ensure successful delivery.

· Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, including electronics, software, mechanical, structural, and testing.

· Interface with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and progress.

· Prepare and lead technical and managerial reviews with internal leadership and customers.

· Prepare and lead technical missions (Integration, testing) at several locations that require coordinating internal stakeholders and subcontractors.

· Monitor and report project status, risks, and mitigation plans.

· Ensure compliance with engineering standards, customer requirements, and delivery milestones.

· Serve as the central point of contact for all project-related matters, during development, Integration, testing phases.

· Responsible for full and complete knowledge transfer to the companies' ILS team regarding maintenance and installation procedures.

🔑 Requirements:

· B.Sc. or higher in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Aerospace, or related field).

· At least 7 years of experience in project management of complex system integration projects, in the aerospace industry.

· Proven experience leading multidisciplinary projects, including coordination of electronics, mechanical, structural, and software components.

· Strong experience managing subcontractors and external vendors.

· Solid understanding of airborne system development and integration processes.

· Excellent communication and leadership skills.

· Familiarity with certification and licensing processes for integrating systems in aircrafts (military or civil).

· Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and handle multiple priorities.

📍Location and Work Model:

   Hybrid: 2-3 days per week in Northern Israel, 2-3 days home / Central Israel.
