Digital Product Manager

What’s in the Role?

• Representing the company with clients, gathering feedback, and managing ongoing communication.
• Defining product roadmaps and prioritizing features based on impact, feasibility, and strategic value.
• Collaborating with UI/UX teams to ensure designs meet client needs and technical constraints.
• Writing clear, actionable product specifications and user stories for development teams.
• Monitoring development progress, facilitating daily meetings, and addressing blockers.
• Managing project timelines and budgets while ensuring milestones are met.
• Conducting market research, competitor analysis, and identifying value opportunities for products.

• Skills:
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills for effective client management.
• Proficiency in writing detailed technical specifications and documentation.
• Strong familiarity with project management tools such as Jira.
• Deep understanding of UI/UX principles and software development processes.
• Experience in digital project-based companies or similar industries.
• Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
• Creativity and innovative problem-solving abilities.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Independence and a critical-thinking mindset.

Job Requirements:

• Proven experience in product management at least 3 years
• Proven success in managing end-to-end web and mobile product development cycles.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
