Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive training processes and instructional materials.
• Identify and collaborate with external training providers.
• Manage the LMS platform: user access, password resets, navigation support.
• Liaise with Toyota global on training certifications and program alignment.
• Localize manufacturer training content to suit the Israeli market.
• Monitor training implementation and knowledge retention.
• Temporary role for approximately 8 months.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree – mandatory.
• Proven experience in training and development, especially LMS management and content creation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Hebrew and English.
• Strong presentation and public speaking skills.
• High tech-savviness and computer orientation.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Articulate Storyline or similar tools.
