Team Lead

We’re building AI that will power the most advanced security firm on the planet — protecting over 120 airports, global data centers, and luxury brands across 26 countries.

As our Tech Lead, you'll architect and deliver a secure, intelligent system from the ground up. You’ll be working hands-on across the stack, owning delivery and setting technical direction in a zero-to-one environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and build backend systems: APIs, LLM integrations, vector search
• Own architectural decisions and system performance
• Contribute across backend and frontend codebases
• Collaborate with ML, data, and product teams to ship high-impact features
• Set dev standards: CI/CD, testing, security

Qualifications

• 6+ years full-stack or backend development experience
• Strong in Python, TypeScript, cloud infra (Azure/AWS), and Docker
• Experience with LLMs, RAG pipelines, or building AI-driven products
• Clear communicator, proactive problem-solver
• Comfortable in fast-moving, high-ownership environments
