RF Engineer

A leading company in the field of advanced wireless communication is seeking a skilled RF Engineer to join its development team. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge technology in a dynamic and fast-growing environment.

Responsibilities:

• Design and development of SDR-based RF systems, including RF frontends and TX/RX chains
• Oversee and guide PCB layout processes
• Perform board bring-up and hardware debugging
• Utilize advanced RF measurement equipment for testing and validation
• Solve technical challenges throughout the development cycle
• Support operations with board-level repairs and internal training
• Conduct system integration and RF performance optimization
• Interface with subcontractors and external vendors

Requirements:

• B.Sc. in Electronics Engineering – mandatory (focus on RF – advantage)
• 2–3 years of hands-on experience in RF engineering – mandatory
• Practical experience with RF systems operating up to 6 GHz – mandatory
• Proficiency in using RF lab equipment: signal generators, spectrum/network analyzers – mandatory
• Strong soldering skills with SMT 0402/0201 components and QFN packages – mandatory
• Experience in TX/RX chain design including power amplifiers – advantage
• Familiarity with analog and power supply circuit design – advantage
• Experience in lab work: board bring-up, troubleshooting – advantage
• Proficiency in PCB design tools such as Altium Designer – advantage
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

 Full-time position at the company’s offices in the Science Park, Rehovot (near train line).
