Senior Product Manager – Complex Operational Systems

We’re hiring on behalf of a leading client in the defense sector.

This is a full-ownership role for a mission-critical, multi-disciplinary system — from strategy to field deployment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define product vision, roadmap, and requirements
• Collaborate with operational and technical stakeholders
• Lead cross-functional work with engineering and business teams
• Translate use cases into PRDs/MRDs
• Oversee development, integration, and delivery
• Present product direction to internal and client-side teams

Requirements:

• 5+ years in product management (3+ in defense/complex tech)
• Experience with multi-disciplinary systems and requirement writing
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Fluent in Hebrew and English
• Engineering and/or military background – an advantage
• Global client experience – a plus
