About the Role:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Procurement Manager to join our dynamic team. This role involves end-to-end responsibility for procurement processes across production, machining, and global supply chains.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, evaluate, and manage suppliers in the fields of machining, materials, and industrial manufacturing
• Manage procurement schedules, monitor stock levels, and ensure alignment with production plans
• Lead negotiations to improve cost efficiency and supplier performance
• Handle purchasing processes for direct and indirect materials
• Manage a team of buyers, set goals, and ensure procurement KPIs are met
• Work closely with Planning & Control, Engineering, Quality Assurance, Production, and Warehouse teams
• Collaborate with global suppliers and subcontractors
• Report directly to the VP of Procurement

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Procurement Manager in an industrial environment
• Minimum 3 years of experience managing a team of buyers – mandatory
• Experience in a manufacturing company – strong advantage
• Familiarity with ERP systems (especially Priority) – advantage
• Advanced Excel skills – required
• High-level English (spoken and written)
• Strong interpersonal skills, assertiveness, initiative, and solid business and commercial understanding

Additional Information:

• This is a full-time, on-site position at our Kiryat Gat facility
• Flexibility for additional hours if needed
