About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Legal Counsel to join as a team member to our Legal Department that supports all legal aspects related to the Menora’s Investment Division. This is a high-impact role offering exposure to complex financial transactions and strategic legal advisory. 

What we’re looking for:

A talented lawyer with deep expertise in financing, investments, M&A, and related fields.

The ideal candidate is a university graduate who completed their internship at a top-tier law firm, specializing in one of the relevant areas.

Requirements:

• 4–5 years of experience providing legal counsel to financial institutions and/or banks; experience at a well-reputed investment house is also considered

• University graduate who completed their internship at a top-tier law firm, specializing in financing, investments, M&A, or related areas

• In-house experience at a leading financial institution – an advantage

• Strong knowledge of relevant regulations and the legal environment governing financial services

• Experience with securities, bond issuances, indentures, complex credit facilities, and trading matters

• Proven ability to manage multiple interfaces, working closely with various internal stakeholders and external legal counsel

• Fluent English – a must
