Position Overview:
We seek a Technical Support Specialist to join our team for an exciting and challenging role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Tier 1/2/3 technical support
- Troubleshoot technical issues and deliver client support services for international clients using our SaaS & AI platforms.
- Offer technical assistance to clients and employees across various projects.
- Monitor and operate processes within our AWS-based platform
- Work with industry-leading tools, including Elasticsearch, Grafana, AI tools, Salesforce, Linux, MongoDB, PagerDuty, and more
- Opportunity to grow in a flexible environment, taking on advanced Tier 3.5 and Tier 4 development tasks
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in technical support, either working with international clients or technological military expertise
- Technical orientation and out-of-the-box thinking
- Basic knowledge of TCP/IP, Linux, and PC troubleshooting
- High proficiency in English (both written and spoken) as the job involves global client communication
- Availability to work shifts, including day, afternoon, evening, weekends and holidays
- Fast learner, able to adapt to changes and new technologies quickly
- Strong team player
Advantages
- Basic scripting and coding skills
- Experience with cloud environments (AWS, MS Azure, or Google Cloud)
- Knowledge of additional languages
