Position Overview:

We seek a Technical Support Specialist to join our team for an exciting and challenging role.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide Tier 1/2/3 technical support
Troubleshoot technical issues and deliver client support services for international clients using our SaaS & AI platforms.
Offer technical assistance to clients and employees across various projects.
Monitor and operate processes within our AWS-based platform
Work with industry-leading tools, including Elasticsearch, Grafana, AI tools, Salesforce, Linux, MongoDB, PagerDuty, and more
Opportunity to grow in a flexible environment, taking on advanced Tier 3.5 and Tier 4 development tasks

Requirements:

1-2 years of experience in technical support, either working with international clients or technological military expertise
Technical orientation and out-of-the-box thinking
Basic knowledge of TCP/IP, Linux, and PC troubleshooting
High proficiency in English (both written and spoken) as the job involves global client communication
Availability to work shifts, including day, afternoon, evening, weekends and holidays
Fast learner, able to adapt to changes and new technologies quickly
Strong team player

Advantages

Basic scripting and coding skills
Experience with cloud environments (AWS, MS Azure, or Google Cloud)
Knowledge of additional languages
