Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a QC Manager located in Ashkelon. The QC Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the quality control processes in the manufacturing of rugged solutions. Daily tasks include conducting inspections, overseeing testing procedures, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and identifying areas for quality improvement. The QC Manager will work closely with the production team to ensure products meet the rigorous requirements and reliability standards expected by our customers.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of quality control processes and industry standards
• Experience in conducting inspections and overseeing testing procedures
• Ability to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements
• Problem-solving skills and ability to identify areas for improvement
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work on-site in Ashkelon
• Previous experience in Military, Defense, Naval, Industrial, or similar industries is mandatory.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field
• ISO 9001 certification or equivalent is an advantage
