A growing cyber security company is expanding and looking for a Software Team Leader to join the team.
Responsibilities:
• Lead a team of talented developers, driving the core of the product throughout its development lifecycle.
• Ensure technical excellence, high product quality, innovation, and on-time delivery in an agile environment.
• Collaborate closely with Product Management, Customer Care, and other stakeholders to transform ideas into real customer value.
• Actively participate in the R&D Leadership Forum, contributing to discussions that shape the future of the product.
• Mentor and support team members in their professional growth and career development.
Requirements:
• 3+ years of a proven track record in leading R&D teams .
• 5+ years of a strong track record in backend/full-stack development .
• Proven ability to build and scale large-scale applications in Python .
• Familiarity with Angular or React .
• Strong expertise in both architecture and implementation of high-scale systems .
• Experience in Cybersecurity, Linux, and Networking.
• Experience with on-premises systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication, and a team-oriented mindset.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
