This role is based in Bangkok, Thailand, and is open to candidates worldwide. We offer a generous relocation package to ensure a smooth transition to living and working in Bangkok.

The Opportunity:

We are looking for a Marketing Specialist / Campaign Manager who thrives on executing impactful marketing campaigns for business partners. In this role, you will spearhead high-volume, creative, and data-driven campaigns that contribute directly to the success of Agoda’s partners by boosting their business and reaching new heights.

You will leverage sophisticated Marketing tools like Iterable and Builder.io, while cultivating valuable insights from campaign performance to continuously improve strategies and drive better results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute Partner Marketing Campaigns: Manage the end-to-end execution of our partners’ campaigns while ensuring timelines, quality, and stakeholder alignment
  • Creative Campaign Development: Collaborate to design compelling campaign materials, including themes and engagement-focused content tailored to partner audiences and strategy
  • Leverage Marketing Tools: Operate advanced platforms (Iterable, Builder.io, and others) to deliver seamless and strategic campaign execution
  • Process optimization: Regularly review past campaigns, communications and projects to identify opportunities for improvements and advancements focused on driving efficiency
  • Analyze & Optimize Campaign Performance: Measure performance metrics to uncover actionable insights, recommend campaign enhancements, and ensure optimal outcomes

Requirements:

  • Marketing Campaign Execution Expertise: 1+ years in marketing operations or execution-focused roles with a proven track record of driving results
  • Results-Driven Professional: A passion to create campaigns that directly impact partner business growth and pipeline acceleration
  • Command of Digital Tools: Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms like Iterable, Builder.io, HubSpot, Braze, MailChimp, or similar
  • Multi-Tasking in a Fast-Paced Environment: Proven ability to manage several campaigns simultaneously without compromising quality
  • Detail-Oriented & Creative Problem Solver: Exceptional ability to understand and clarify requirements, refine messaging, and ensure all deliverables meet quality standards
  • Strong Analytical Mindset: Ability to interpret campaign data and performance to drive insights and propose impactful improvements

IMPORTANT

This role will collaborate with our teams in the US and will require overlapping hours for effective communication. For example, you may be required to work two hours in the evening twice a week (exact times can be further discussed and coordinated). Flexibility in scheduling is required and expected to ensure smooth collaboration.
