QA & Product Release

Description:

The Quality Operations team is responsible for establishing quality policies at the manufacturing site in various areas: review and approval of manufacturing, packaging, visual inspection, and QC batch records; batch release; management of quality records (deviations, CAPAs); internal audits; QA oversight of site departments (QC and Supply Chain); handling of quality complaints; participation in projects, investigations, and inspections by regulatory authorities and customers.

Job Description:

• Management of the team: supervising and coordinating team activities, employee training, and task management.
• Quality record management.
• Performing QA oversight over site departments.
• Defining quality policies related to the team’s responsibilities.
• Participating in audits by regulatory authorities and customers.
• Representing QA in various internal forums.
• This position is open to all genders.

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of managerial experience – required.
• Deep familiarity with relevant quality regulations – required.
• Prior experience in quality record management, internal audits, QA oversight, and batch release – an advantage.
• Experience in drafting quality policy documents.
• High level of English proficiency.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Life Sciences / Biotechnology / Chemistry / Biochemistry / Chemical Engineering / Pharmaceutical Engineering / Biomedical Engineering / Pharmacy.
