Duties and Responsibilities:
Recruitment:
· Support recruitment processes from end-to-end including employment
· Draft job descriptions and manage internal and external job postings
· Filter CVs and identify leading candidates
· Manage candidate pipeline
· Monitor new hires onboarding plans making sure managers create the plan and follow up on execution
· Ensure Hiring Managers are leveraging all tools for onboarding
Workplan, Labor Cost and Employee Information:
· Monitor and track labor cost including headcount and labor cost changes
· Maintain employee data in SuccessFactors, update employee data fields, ensure data accuracy and conduct periodic audits to ensure accuracy
· Define annual/monthly/weekly routines to ensure data accuracy
· Prepare data for global processes such as Performance Management, Engagement Survey, etc.
· Define reporting package and promote the use of People Dashboard
· Align data in HRMS and with payroll companies
· Maintain employee files
· Support People WP preparation
Professional Development and Engagement:
· Maintain, monitor and follow through on effective individual development plans for each employee
· Support rotational assignment opportunities to broaden exposure of employees
· Follow through on execution of engagement action plans
· Identify individual training needs through employee conversations
· Promote use of learning platforms
· Coordinate and support knowledge sharing between sites, functions and other clusters
Special Projects
· Provide logistical support for conferences, meetings and employee trainings
· Other special projects to be determined: organizational changes, organizational mapping processes, benchmarking activities
Skills
· Excel, PowerPoint, English, SuccessFactors, IDPs, career paths, training plans, recruitment
· Ideal Candidate will be open, positive, encouraging, trustworthy, discreet, creative, energetic, modest, confident and a problem-solver and knows how to connect quickly with people at all levels. These “soft skills” will be combined with someone who is analytical, organized with strong planning and execution orientation and the ability to get things done.
· Bachelor's degree in a relevant field - required.
· 2-3 years of experience as human resources professional
