Senior Platform Product Manager-

As Senior Platform Product Manager, you'll shape the core services and frameworks that drive our identity governance platform- across orchestration, permission modeling, integrations, APIs, and event-driven workflows. This highly cross-functional role blends technical strategy with hands-on execution to scale our platform, accelerate product delivery, and enable developer and partner extensibility.

Key Responsibilities

Platform Architecture & Core Services

• Define the requirements, specifications, and product strategy for foundational components
• Partner with Engineering and Architecture to evolve our multi-tenant, cloud-native application architecture.
• Ensure platform capabilities are modular, reusable, and designed for extensibility by internal and external development teams.

Application Building Blocks

• Lead the definition and delivery of core platform components (e.g., connectors, APIs, workflows) that are leveraged across products.
• Serve as the product owner for shared services such as workflow-based automation, policy engines, logging, notifications and reporting
• Ensure new components are developed with clear functional specs, performance goals, and integration paths.

Extensibility & Developer Enablement

• Create detailed product documentation and developer guides to facilitate platform adoption.
• Act as the voice of platform consumers (internal product teams, partners, and integrators).

Compliance & Audit Support

• Collaborate with security and compliance teams to ensure platform services meet regulatory and audit requirements (e.g., SOX, GDPR, HIPAA).
• Drive the development of audit logging, access tracking, and related capabilities.

Cross-functional Collaboration

• Work closely with Connector Engineering, Application Product Managers, and Infrastructure teams to align platform services with roadmap priorities.
• Drive clarity across stakeholders by creating clear product specs, user stories, and functional documentation.
• Prioritize platform investments based on business impact, reusability, and engineering efficiency.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 in platform or core systems for enterprise SaaS.
• Proven track record defining specs and requirements for developer-facing or extensible systems.
• Strong technical fluency; able to effectively communicate with Engineering, Architecture, and other technical stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of IAM concepts (RBAC, ABAC, provisioning, governance).
• Familiarity with cloud-native platforms, API-first design, and integration frameworks.
• Experience working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.

Preferred Experience

• Background with IGA/IAM platforms like SailPoint, Saviynt, or Okta.
• Experience delivering shared services or infrastructure components for SaaS platforms.
• Exposure to event-driven architectures or extensibility frameworks.
• Passion for building robust foundations that enable product teams to innovate faster and more securely.
