Head of Marketing

XTEND seeks an experienced Head Of Marketing to lead global marketing efforts. This role will oversee digital and physical initiatives, driving sales and business development through strong brand building, expanded customer reach, and robust lead generation.

Responsibilities:

1. Field Marketing: Collaborate closely with BD team to coordinate and promote activities, and manage leads from exhibitions and events

2. Digital Marketing and Content:

• Produce monthly posts, newsletters, and marketing materials
• Promote the company on social media, platforms such as LinkedIn, run paid campaigns, and publish thought leadership articles.
• Website maintenance and content updates
• Enlarge our contact base
• Manage of the company PRs
• Manage of the company PRs & Website

3. Event Planning and Execution:

• Organize events such as quarterly roadshows and global demos.
• Plan and participate as needed in events and exhibitions, including handling logistics.

4. Content writing

• Create thought leader articles for the company outlets. (Newsletter, post, events...)
• Curve & write content for presentations, marketing needs.

5. Analysis and Optimization:

• Track and analyse marketing activities, including monthly reports & global agents. outcomes.
• Monitor competitors and analyse their activities.
• Utilize CRM systems (e.g., Monday) for ongoing management.

6. External Relations and Communications:

• Build relationships with media, magazines, and professional associations.
• Work with PR and social media agencies to maximize exposure.
• Strengthen connections with clients and key industry players.
• Providing investor relations support

Requirements:

• A minimum of 4 years of hands-on marketing experience
• Proven track record in successful military marketing campaigns – a must.
• Strong existing relationships with key media outlets – a significant advantage.
• Exceptional organizational skills, proficient in CRM systems, and adept at managing workflows efficiently.
• Willingness to work flexible hours to meet project demands and deadlines.
• A highly creative and proactive individual with strong entrepreneurial spirit.
• Pro Experience in Microsoft Office tool (especially PowerPoint).
• strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Hebrew
