ERP System Analyst - Managerial Information Systems

We are looking for a proactive System Analyst to join our Managerial Information Systems team. This role will be pivotal in administering ERP systems, conducting general system analysis tasks, and providing hands-on support to our technology initiatives. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical skills, with knowledge and experience in SQL and Oracle, along with the ability to write comprehensive business and technical design documents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Business Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, identifying opportunities for system improvements and process enhancements.
• System Administration: Oversee and manage information systems, ensuring optimal performance and availability while coordinating with technical teams for support and maintenance.
• Documentation: Produce detailed business and technical design documents, specifications, and user guides to support project initiatives and facilitate communication among stakeholders.
• Data Management: Utilize SQL and Oracle to query databases, perform data analysis, and generate reports that provide insights into business performance.
• Hands-On Support: Assist in troubleshooting system issues, offering hands-on support to users, and ensuring a seamless operational experience.
• Project Participation: Engage in various stages of project implementation, from requirements gathering through to testing and deployment, ensuring alignment with business objectives and user needs.

Required Skills:

• 1-2 years of experience in a System Analyst role, with a strong focus on ERP system administration and information systems.
• Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with SQL ability
• Hands on experience with Oracle databases is an advantage
• Proven ability to write clear and comprehensive business and technical documents.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess business needs and propose effective solutions.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to facilitate collaboration among technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field is an advantage
• Certifications: Relevant certifications in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP) or database management are a plus.
• Agile Methodologies: Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management practices.
• Familiarity with "Maale" (מעלה) by One1 is a big advantage
