ERO Group LTD is looking for a Senior System Engineer to join our team and take part in the design and development of an advanced Data Analytics Platform for IoT systems.
🛠️ Responsibilities:
- Leading system engineering tasks across the full product lifecycle – from requirements gathering to integration and validation.
- Defining system architecture and interfaces for data collection, processing, and analytics.
- Working closely with R&D, QA, product, and customer-facing teams.
- Managing integration of sensors, data pipelines, visualization and Analytics tools (e.g., InfluxDB, Grafana, Spark and more).
- Preparing technical documentation, including system specs and validation reports.
🔑 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering, or equivalent.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in system engineering roles (preferably in defense/industrial domains).
- Experience with data-driven systems (IoT, monitoring platforms, or similar).
- Advantage: Experience with developing monitoring and debriefing capabilities.
- Advantage: Experience with developing predictive analytics.
- Advantage: Experience with time-series databases and real-time monitoring solutions.
- Strong systems thinking and ability to work across multi-disciplinary teams (hardware, software, data).
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
📌 Location and position Details:
- Hybrid role: Majority of the work is in the Center region and remote, with periodic on-site presence in the Northern region.
- Security clearance will be required.
