The Role

We're seeking an experienced Team Leader for one of our engineering teams. In this pivotal role, you'll drive technical excellence, enhance system architecture, and mentor a team of talented engineers. Your expertise will ensure our backend (.NET) and frontend (Vue.js) applications deliver robust, high-quality, and scalable solutions on Microsoft Azure.

What You'll Do

• Lead and mentor a team of developers, fostering continuous improvement and innovation.
• Define and evolve technical architecture to ensure modularity, scalability, and high performance.
• Establish and champion coding standards, automated testing, CI/CD, and deployment best practices.
• Collaborate closely with product management, QA, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Plan and execute strategic technical initiatives to continuously improve platform stability, performance, and maintainability.

What We're Looking For

• 8+ years in software engineering, including at least 3 years in a team lead or technical leadership role.
• Strong hands-on experience with .NET (C#), Vue.js, Azure cloud services, and MS SQL Server.
• Demonstrated ability to design modular, maintainable, and scalable architectures.
• Solid understanding and practical experience with OOP design patterns, SOLID principles, and Test-Driven Development (TDD).
• Expertise in automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, code reviews, and performance optimization.
• Proven mentoring skills with excellent interpersonal abilities.
• Clear communicator of complex technical concepts.

Nice to Have

• Previous experience in travel or aviation industry.
• Familiarity with microservices and message-driven architectures (Azure Service Bus, Kafka).
• Knowledge of container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Cloud security or architecture certifications (e.g., Azure Solutions Architect).
