Software Architect

A global leader in safe driving technology based on driver behavior, the company is paving its way toward an IPO. Their products aim to promote safe driving, reduce traffic accidents, and lower operational and risk costs. The company's solutions are operational in over 70 countries and are utilized by some of the largest vehicle fleets in the world.

Headquartered in the center of Israel, with around 65 employees in the local office and 100 employees globally. They offer a hybrid work model with 2 work-from-home days per week.

Role Description:

• Reports to VP R&D
• Solo role within the development team, reporting directly to the VP of R&D.
• Work closely with product managers, QA, Support and other stakeholders to define project requirements, scope, and deliverables
• 80% hands-on development work.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide technical support to team members and customers as needed
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members to ensure that they are meeting project requirements and delivering high-quality software solutions
• Tech Stack: .NET, ASP. Net, MS-SQL, MySQL, MongoDB, AWS, Microservices.

Requirements-

• Education in Computer Science or Software Engineering (B.A., B.Sc. or similar)
• 10 years of experience in software development using .NET technologies
• 5 years of experience working with AWS services such as EC2, S3, ELB, etc.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, design patterns, and software architecture principles
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with Microservices Architecture, RabbitMQ and Big Data technologies
• Must have a passion for technology & love programming
• Excellent English - speaking and writing
