We are seeking a SOC Tier 2 Analyst for a cybersecurity company providing MSSP services, located in central Israel.

Responsibilities:

Work directly with clients, conduct status meetings, improve workflows based on client requests, and provide monitoring-related support.
Manage and maintain monitoring systems, including optimization and enhancement.
Provide professional support and guidance to SOC teams.
Create new monitoring rules based on client requirements and threat report analysis.
Develop automations for the SOC and per client requests.
Participate in the incident response team, conduct deep-dive investigations and digital forensics.

Requirements:

At least 1 year of experience as a SOC Tier 1 Analyst – mandatory
Hands-on experience with QRADAR including investigation, editing, and rule creation – mandatory
Experience in technical client management or support – mandatory
Hands-on experience with EDR/XDR platforms (e.g., SentinelOne, CrowdStrike, Defender) – mandatory
Proven knowledge in analyzing attacks and intrusion attempts, identifying sources, methods, malware, and impacted assets
Familiarity with operating systems, infrastructure systems, and security tools such as DNS, firewalls, Windows and Linux servers, mail filtering, and web servers
Experience with automation scripting and SOAR platforms – advantage
Experience with additional SIEM systems – advantage
Willingness to be on 24/7 on-call duty
