Headquartered in Tel Aviv, near the train line, the company offers a hybrid work model (2 days from home). With a global team of 900 employees, including 200 in Israel (half in R&D), the company is expanding its AI capabilities.

About the Role

This is a new opening on a brand-new team focused on building Conversational Agents to integrate into the company’s existing products. These agents will automate processes currently handled by analysts, making them faster and more accessible to end users.

The role includes ownership, research and development, and working on GenAI POCs. You'll be developing primarily in Python, and working with Langchain, LangGraph, and other Generative AI tools.

Requirements-

• BSc in Computer Science or related degree.
• 7+ years of experience in building customer - facing full-stack applications.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Python - A must!
• Deep understanding of large language model (LLM) core concepts and usage, including prompting and reasoning strategies - A must!
• Proficiency with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Experience with Node.js, particularly Nest.js.
• Experience in designing agentic workflows - an advantage.
• Experience with Langchain or Langraph - an advantage.
• Excellent spoken and written English skills.
